Group Getaways Green is the name of our frequent traveler program. For every day you are on tour with us you will receive a $5.00 voucher. A day trip rewards you with $5.00, a two day trip rewards you with $10.00, and a three day trip rewards you with $15.00 and so on. There is no limit. If you are on a 10 day tour, you will receive $50 in GGG. Redeeming the green is easy. The next time you reserve a tour you can apply your GGG as payment. We must receive the green with your initial payment so we can adjust the price of the tour. GGG cannot be applied AFTER a payment has been received on a tour. Often times the green can lower the price of an insurance premium. Example; your 3 day tour costs $310. You have $15.00 worth of Green from previous tours that you want to apply to this tour. Your insurance premium would normally cost $28 for a $310 tour. But, reducing the $15 from the $310 tour makes your tour price $295! So, your insurance premium is now only $16 instead of $28, saving you an additional $12! The maximum amount of green you can redeem is $10 per day of tour. Example; you purchase a day trip; use up to $10 off the price. Purchase a 2 day tour use up to $20 off the price. There are no maximums. If you are on a 6 day tour you may redeem up to $60 worth of Green for that tour! GGG never expires. However, the program may change from time to time. GGG is not transferable, has no refund value, and cannot be replaced if lost. You may hold on to your Green and apply it to larger trips OR you may simply use it immediately for the very next tour you purchase. It’s totally up to you. Please be sure to let us know when you make a reservation that you want to redeem GGG. Again, we must receive it with the initial payment. We also want to make sure that if you are entitled to a lower insurance premium that you are paying the lesser amount. This is a FREE program and everyone who purchases a tour will receive GGG! It is our way of saying, “Thank you for your business.” |
